Sommar is a residential project located at José María Moreno 639, Caballito. Inspired by Swedish summer and the summer solstice, this seven-story building with thirteen units maximizes natural light, integrating the sun as a central design element.

The project combines design and functionality, providing residents with a space that reflects the warmth and brightness of summer, right in the heart of the city. Offering semi-floor options with two and three rooms, Sommar stands out for its connection to both urban and natural environments. It features terraces with exterior views, enhancing the sense of spaciousness and well-being.
