Each floor consists of 3 apartments, all with terrace balconies. The layout includes 2 two-bedroom units and 1 three-bedroom unit per level, with a private entry and a barbecue area on the balcony for the three-bedroom unit. On the top two floors, a three-bedroom duplex with a private entry offers additional luxury.
Inspired by Swedish spring and the lily of the valley, VÅR integrates noble materials with a minimalist design influenced by Nordic architecture, ensuring quality and style in every detail.
We contributed to the VÅR project through detailed planning, technical documentation, high-quality renders, and project design, delivering a sophisticated and functional residential building.
